We want you to be happy with your Ragga Drinks order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@raggadrinks.com.

Change of Mind / Cancellation

If you purchased from us online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Please contact us within that 14-day period to tell us that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced.

Opened or consumed alcoholic products will normally have materially reduced value and may not be suitable for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your legal rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
